  Are the villas equipped with air conditioning?

Yes, All Rooms are equiped with air conditioning

  Is it possible to get married, Renew our wedding vows or hold a private party at the villa?

Guests intending to use the villa for a private party or wedding must inform us, who will seek any necessary permission required. Insurance cover is not included for private parties or weddings and you will be required to sign a disclaimer accepting responsibility for any damage caused. You are quite welcome to entertain your friends during your stay, however this must be within reason and not cause excessive workloads for the house staff. We are happy to host weddings or your epecial events just reach out to use

  What are the check-in and check-out times?

As with most hotels, villas have a standard check-in time (usually from 3pm to 11pm) and check-out time (usually between 10am and 11am). However, depending on whether or not the property has been occupied by other guests prior to your arrival, an early check-in may be available. Similarly, if the property is not expecting guests on the day of your departure and your flight isn’t until early evening, arrangements can be made for a later check-out. Usually, extra charges will apply.

  Are all rooms Studios?

No, 3 one bedroom apartments are available

  Are they all the same?

Mostly, the rooms on the Ground floor are like home living, First floor rooms are studio apartments

  Is there any house keeping

Yes, there is a weekly house keeping service

  What about kitchen utensils?

All utensils, pots, pans and crockery are already in the room.

  Will my US electronics and devices work without an adapter?

Yes the rooms are equipped with both 110V and 220V sockets so you shouldn’t need any adapters or transformers.

  Am I allowed a pet?

Unfortunately not. While we like pets, we know there are some people with allergies and in rare cases, some pets can be noisy.

  Do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit of $2000 is required. this is your security deposit and will be refunded once all bills are paid and there is no damage to the property at the end of your lease.

  Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, however, damages caused by the tenant will be deducted from deposit

  When is the first and final month’s rent due?

The final month’s rent is due 30 days before the lease ends. First month is due the day the lease starts.

  What’s included in the rent?

Tenants will have the option to pay their own electricity or they can have the all inclusive package where all utilities are covered.. Internet, water and gas included

  What about bed sheets and towels?

Bed sheets and towels aren’t included in the room, however apartment comes with first set of bed sheets, bath and kitchen towels.

  Laundry services?

There isn’t any laundry services but each room does have it’s own washer/dryer so you don’t have to worry about spending time at the laundromat.

  Is it safe?

We have made every effort to make it safe as possible and have followed and exceeded SGU’s safety guidelines where possible. This includes:

• 24/7 Security Cameras
• Key Card Access To Building And Apartment
• Personal Safe In Each Apartment
• Burglar Bars For Windows And Doors On The Ground Floor

  Are all SGU rental properties located on the bus route?

Most of them are, but some are located a bit further and will require tenants to have their own vehicles. Total Solutions Ltd Apartments are very close to Sgu bus route

  Do I have to sign a lease?

YES.

  What is the typically lease term?

1 year lease is the most common. However, 6 and 24 months leases are also available

  Who do I pay my rent and utilities to?

The rent is paid with debit/ credit card via our website through invoicing and electricity bill is paid to the utility company or it can be paid through our website and we do the rest. However, if your utilities are included in the rent, then the landlord pays them.
